Can we start if the BOQ isn't final yet?

Yes. For the first pass, drawings, references or a draft schedule are enough. The team will identify the gaps and compile the list of data needed for an accurate calculation.

Do you work with our designer and consultants?

Yes. CIMPEX translates the design intent into a factory brief, agrees materials and samples, and handles technical questions directly with the client's project team.

Why not buy everything from one factory?

One factory is rarely equally strong in every category. We distribute the items among specialist manufacturers and bring them together into a single supply programme.

How do phased shipments work?

Procurement is tied to the project schedule. Ready and priority groups are consolidated into separate batches so as not to overload the site or delay critical work.

What happens after delivery?

The team remains the point of coordination for shortages, claims and technical questions, and helps bring in local contractors when needed.

Do you only work with Thailand?

No. The model is designed for international projects. The route, documents and local part of the delivery are adapted to the country and the specific property.
